Hellooooo children. Although I have become quite modern and have begun to use email and Facebook, I still believe in the old fashioned way of sending someone a handwritten note. Imagine how good you feel when you walk to the mailbox with your parents and there is a letter or card for you. It is soooo joyful, so let’s spread the joy and have some fun. Let’s create some cards together for your friends and family just to say hello, or tell them you love them or to wish them a wonderful holiday. You will bring a smile to their face and you will be smiling too knowing how good you made them feel.
With love and care, Making a card is as easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Take a piece of colored construction paper and fold it in half 2. Decorate the outisde of the card with anything you like; glitter, photos, markers, crayons, stickers, etc. If you wish you can draw a picture of Mrs. Pinkelmeyer on the outside – what fun!
3. On the inside of the card, write a message to tell the person who is receving the card how much you care. Examples: Then ask a grown up to help you mail the card. It's as easy as can be to make someone feel special.
