Moopus McGlinden Has Arrived

Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011

I am so very excited and proud to announce the arrival of the Moopus McGlinden Stuffed Animal.  He has been developed due to your requests.

He is the lovable side-kick to Mrs. Pinkelmeyer, but is a star in his own right…just ask him.  He won’t be shy to tell you about all of his wonderful qualities.  Nor will he have any problem divulging fun and silly stories about Mrs. Pinkelmeyer.  It seems as if Mrs. P is always complaining about Moopus and his snoring, yet if you ask Moopus he will tell you that Mrs. P snores just as much.

So follow along with their adventures and share them with your friends and family.  Moopus and Mrs. Pinkelmeyer are warm and loving characters that delight all that know them.

Ooooh Dear!

Thursday, May 26th, 2011

It has been too long since I have connected with you and I do hope you will accept my apologies. Moopus and I have been so busy.

This brings me to my latest topic. As I sit here and write to you I am poised to give you many reasons and excuses why it has been so long that I have been in touch. But, I don’t want to do that. I want to be up front and just offer an apology.

In today’s busy world we can all get caught up in our lives that we may forget to reach out to those that are important to us. I am reaching out to you to let you know that you are important to Moopus and me and we are thrilled that you visit with us here.

I am enjoying a relaxing morning watching the French Open (Moopus and I love tennis) and returning phone calls that are long overdue.  Reaching and and connecting makes me feel wonderful.  Please reach out to those that you care about and let them know how you feel.

Enjoy a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

With love and care,

Mrs. Pinkelmeyer

INSPIRATION

Monday, December 6th, 2010

Every now and then I am moved to be the Know-It-All that I am and try to inspire others. Today, as Moopus lay curled up in his bed unable to move because of the nip in the air, I thought about inspiration and what gets us inspired each day.Enjoy the Moment

I am fulfilled and inspired each and every day.  Are you? Whatever the task is at hand, I do it with gusto and determination.  I enjoy all of it because that is all we have….moments in time that are gone with the blink of an eye. Precious moments that can not be given back or re-done, so I implore you to enjoy all of them.  Even the ones that may feel like drudgery.  Take a new perspective and feel inspired about the task, event or job and do it with gusto!

Define and design your life it as you would like it to be.  Go and grab it and make it all that you want!  Tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us, so go get inspired, inspire others, give to others and enjoy each moment!  Is there really any other option?!

With love and care,

Mrs. Pinkelmeyer

Mrs. Pinkelmeyer Finds Joy in Holiday Giving

Thursday, September 30th, 2010

Greeeetings My Dear Friends,

Moopus and I are on a crusade and we hope you will join us.  The other night I was struggling to sleep as I was thinking about the upcoming holiday season and how the promotions start earlier and earlier every year.  This is also a time when charities reach out to their loyal donors and potential new ones for their annual giving campaign.  But there are still many children who go without due to financial constraints.  I don’t like to see this and I want to help make a change.

Recently, Moopus and I were purchasing a baby gift online for a friend and I thought to myself, what if I had the opportunity to purchase the same item at a discount so that I can give that item to a local children’s charity?  I am loving this idea more and more as I write it down here today.

I think if we all join together and bring this idea to our local businesses, even the ones online, we can make this happen.  As you all know I have a big heart and am always looking for ways to help others and inspire this in others too. I am urging you to write to your online retailers and ask them to start this holiday campaign that has been created by Mrs. Pinkelmeyer.

Here is how I am going to work this with my own products for sale at www.MrsPinkelmeyer.com/products.html.  For a limited time….beginning now and ending at Christmas, if you purchase an item and buy a second one that is of equal or lesser value you will get a 20% discount on that second item. That item will then be donated to the charity of your choice.  Moopus and I will even send it out directly to the charity including a note from you.

Please call Mrs. Pinkelmeyer at (561) 368-1783 or email me at www.MrsPinkelmeyer.com to take advantage of this wonderful program that I am hoping will sweep the country and let us all truly become a nation of giving. I will give mention on my blog about your kindness and generosity. Moopus and I have also found our joy in this holiday giving and have donated several gift baskets to local charities for this year. Please join us.

With love and care,

Mrs. Pinkelmeyer

Mrs. Pinkelmeyer’s Story

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

Greeeetings! My name is Mrs. Pinkelmeyer™. I was just a simple lady living in Poppingham, England, with my dog Moopus McGlinden™, when something very unusual happened.

One night the phone rang as I was making a delicious rrrrump rrrroast. It was a young woman calling allll the way from New York City! Can you imagine that? Poor dear- she was so distraught. She was taking care of her nephew, Henry, while his parents were on vacation. I could hear the boy crying in the background. The young woman told me he was sad because he missed his parents.

He sounded like such a sweet boy that I decided right then and there that I would do my very best to cheer him up, even though Moopus McGlinden was nipping at my heels. I told him about the delicious rrrrump rrrroast I was cooking for Moopus and me and asked him if he liked rrrrump rrrroast. He laughed and giggled and sounded just so delightful that I couldn’t help myself and sang him my favorite song, “Mrs. Pinkelmeyer sends, all her love across the land, change your frown into a grin, she’ll make you happy.”

When I was sure that Henry was comforted, I wished him sweet dreams and hung up the phone. Wouldn’t you know it; I had burned my rrrrump rrrroast! Oh well. Moopus and I would have to find something else to eat for dinner.

It made me so happy to make young Henry smile that I decided to cross the pond and spread more cheer to all the children in America. I can’t wait to get started! Moopus and I will give big hugs and lots of love, teach the Pinkelmeyer Dance and “make you happy.” Now if I could just keep my stockings from falling down and Moopus from getting into trouble…
